How we hire.

Brevor adds operators rarely and intentionally. We do not post roles publicly. Three searches are currently active; none of them are listed on a job board.

HIRING POSTURE

Operators find us. We add them.

Brevor Tech operates with eight roles across five cities. We have added a role on average every nine months since 2017. The pace is deliberate — every operator we add changes the operating shape of the company, and that shape matters more than headcount.

We do not post roles publicly because the public job market does not match how this company hires. The operators we have added came from prior collaborations, customer-side relationships, research citations, or direct introduction by existing operators. Three of our current eight were customers before they were operators.

If you have operated a team in behavioral AI, regulated-industry deployment, applied ML safety, or enterprise infrastructure — and you have a working hypothesis about why Brevor's posture matches yours — write to us. Specific reasons read better than general interest.

Senior Engineer — Routing Engine

Distributed-systems engineer for the Bridge routing engine. Background in low-latency infrastructure, model-serving systems, or production behavioral inference at scale.
