Brevor Tech operates with eight roles across five cities. We have added a role on average every nine months since 2017. The pace is deliberate — every operator we add changes the operating shape of the company, and that shape matters more than headcount.
We do not post roles publicly because the public job market does not match how this company hires. The operators we have added came from prior collaborations, customer-side relationships, research citations, or direct introduction by existing operators. Three of our current eight were customers before they were operators.
