Bridge Workspace EU region elevated latency
Routing latency p95 elevated to 280ms in the EU region for 28 minutes. Caused by a regional cloud provider DNS issue. Resolved by failover to secondary DNS. No data loss; no audit-trail impact.
Bridge API cultural module hot-swap delay
Bridge Context module hot-swap delayed by 42 minutes during a scheduled module update. Routing continued on the prior module version throughout. No service interruption; audit trails captured the prior module version correctly.
Bridge Context module routing error
A misconfigured module manifest caused 11 minutes of elevated routing errors on the Bridge Context module loading pipeline. Rolled back the manifest. Affected deployments resumed normal operation; no data loss.
Bridge Workspace authentication retry storm
An identity-provider configuration change at one customer caused a retry storm against Bridge Workspace authentication endpoints. Lasted 19 minutes. Mitigated by rate-limiting and customer coordination.
